Be part of the third bi-annual presentation of Encaustic artwork
by artists from the Okanagan, B.C.!

Information about entering:

• Deadline for submissions: September 27, 2010
• The exhibition is open to all artists from the Okanagan
• Entry fee: $5.00 per participant
• Submitted artwork has to be primarily executed in Encaustic
• The Arts Council will take a 25% commission of sales
• Not-for-sale pieces are accepted (label piece: nfs)
• All accepted pieces need to be matted, framed and have a wire for hanging.
• Panels or canvasses with finished edges are acceptable.

Guidelines for submission:

• Deadline for submissions: September 27, 2010
• Up to 3 pieces may be submitted. (I will try to hang at least one piece per participant; more if space permits.)
• Send digital photos to info@encaustic.ca
• Files should be under 1 MB and display the artwork clearly without distracting background!
• Files should be named as follows: artist name, title of artwork, size (height x width), price: (i.e.: Thea Haubrich, Summer Day, 8x10, $200.00)
• Please include a 50 - 100 words short bio or artist statement
