Shipping
TwinLakes EncausticArt will only ship within Canada, mainly through Canada Post.
The cost of shipping depends on your order volume and where you live.
If you are outside Canada please contact a supplier in your country.
When you don’t find there what you are looking for please contact me for shipping costs to your country.
- If you only order waxes: shipping will be $5.00 anywhere in Canada for up to 32 blocks/crayons (minimum order 16).
- There are NO SHIPPING COSTS if you only order the gift certificate!
- An exception will also be made for Linda Womack’s book Embracing Encaustic. If you only order the book the shipping will be $5.00 anywhere in Canada.
When you only order a gift certificate , 16 to 32 waxes or Embracing Encaustic you will see the usual shipping cost at checkout, but I will email you the right amount in an invoice separately. The corrected amount will be charged to your credit card. I will refund you if you paid too much through PayPal.
- Painting cards larger than 8x12" might be shipped in mailing tube at extra charge.
- Additional overweight charges may apply on items such as large quantities of painting cards.
In case of additional overweight charges due to using mailing tubes or large quantities of painting cards I will contact you by email before processing the order.
- Shipping usually will be within 3 business days of ordering, except if you are paying by cheque. If you really are in a hurry, please indicate with your order. An extra fee for express mail or extra heavy items will apply.
Returns
Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of the order's shipping date at the buyer's expense. No credit will be given for the original postage paid to have the order shipped to you. Please include a copy of your invoice and a note specifying whether it is a return or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if applicable.
Please email info@encaustic.ca to notify us that you are returning items. All refunds will be issued as a store credit.
TwinLakes EncausticArt does not accept returns on items that have been purchased through stores or teachers which carry our products. Please contact the store or teacher where you purchased the items and they should be able to help you.
Defective products
If you receive an item and it is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will replace it immediately.
Within reason, typically a product will be replaced for up to one year from purchase date.
Out of stock items
In case an item is out of stock I will inform you by email before the order is processed.
Privacy
TwinLakes EncausticArt will never sell your information to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Your personal information will be stored in the site’s database when you checked the appropriate box and used when you place another order (at which time it is transmitted to the payment gateway provider).
Credit card details: We do not store credit card information. Your credit card details are passed to our payment gateway provider at the time of ordering and then securely discarded.
